Moffett has also served as vice chair and CFO of U.S. Bancorp, senior adviser to the Carlyle Group, senior vice president and assistant treasurer in Corporate Treasury at BankAmerica Corporation, and an adviser for both Moody’s and Standard & Poors. He serves on the boards of eBay and EW Scripps, and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma and a MBA from Southern Methodist University.
