Dear Sir or Madam

It
is to my dismay that I have to write a letter of complaint to you after
years of having enjoyed Walker’s Crisps. Please find the enclosed
remains of a packet of Doritos - still in date - and the ‘thing’ I was
so alarmed and disturbed to find towards the bottom of the packet. I
still feel sick when I think about it.

I have no idea what on
earth this chunk of brown matter is, however, I am just very glad that
I did not bite into it!!! Pictures are attached on the following page.

Whatever
it is, it has put me off ever buying another packet of Doritos and I
have not bought a packet of any crisps since - particularly your own
brand as I have no idea what you put in the packets should it be
harmful. Am I to Boycott your snacks entirely? Can you please tell me
what this and why this ‘thing’ found its way into the packet of crisps
that I picked off the shelf and if you intend to be more careful in the
future?
